Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Flight to Northern Serengeti (Kogatende) & First Game Drive

• Early Morning or morning transfer from your hotel from your hotel to either Dar es Salaam Airport, Zanzibar airport or Arusha airport(about 30 to 60 Minutes depending on your hotel)

• Morning flight from Zanzibar, Dar es Salaam, or Arusha to Kogatende Airstrip in Northern Serengeti.( For about 1 to 3 Hours)

• Meet your safari guide upon arrival and begin game drives in the Great Migration zone.

• Track the wildebeest herds, and look for lions, cheetahs, and crocodiles near the Mara River.

• Accommodation:  Sero tented camp or similar

• Meal Plan: Lunch, Dinner

• Drinks (on jeep) : Limited Beer&Wine, Non alcoholic drinks  and Unlimited drinking water

Day 2: Northern Serengeti – The Great Migration & Mara River Crossings

• Full-day game drives in Northern Serengeti (Kogatende).

• Witness wildebeest and zebras crossing the Mara River, a breathtaking and dramatic wildlife spectacle.

• Explore the rolling hills and open plains where elephants, giraffes, and black rhinos roam.

• Afternoon game drive in central Serengeti , a hotspot for predators (lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas).

• Explore the vast golden savannahs, home to thousands of resident wildlife species.

Day 4: Drive to Ngorongoro – Overnight on the Crater Rim

Morning  &Afternoon game drive in Central Serengeti before driving to Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

• Scenic drive through the Serengeti plains and Olduvai Gorge, an important archaeological site For about 3 hours.

• Check-in at a lodge on the Ngorongoro Crater rim, offering stunning panoramic views.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater – Big Five Safari Experience

• Visit Lake Magadi, where hippos and flamingos gather.

• 2 hours Late afternoon, drive towards Karatu or mto wa mbu for an over night

Day 6: Tarangire National Park – Land of Giants

• Spot animals such as lions, leopards, and large herds of zebras, wildebeests, giraffes and many other.

• Explore the Tarangire River, a vital water source attracting abundant wildlife.

• Late afternoon transfer by road from Tarangire to Arusha for an overnight for about two hors
